Description
Responsible for and maintains schedule of project to completion. Defines project objectives and oversees quality: plan, execute and finalize projects according to scope, within deadlines and adhering to budget. Responsibilities may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
Experience/Education
3-5 years experience
Skills
  • Can use all tools required to be handled by team members.
  • Direct and manage project from beginning to end.
  • Estimate and manage participants needed to complete project.
  • Define scope in collaboration with managers and customer.
  • Communicate expectations to all in clear and timely fashion.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Deliver reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.
  • Manage changes in scope, identify crises and devise and implement contingency plans.
Safety Requirements
Personal Safety Items: Hardhat, Work boots, Safety Glasses and Tool Belt. Professional Tool Box for Maintaining tools on-site.
Tools
May be required to own hand tools and some portable power equipment including: circular saw, air compressor, hoses and finish nail guns, miter saw, cordless screw gun with screw and nut driver attachments.
